Yes up hill. As far as traction control goes, whatever the default setting is. I don't touch it.

I wonder how different our times would be going down hill

Well I tried it both ways in a 00R last night and my times were close to the same.. this was in a fully modded version though. Maybe going downhill in a lower powered, sloppy suspensioned muscle car would be faster

New best time the Chevelle 1:47.237

You should try turning traction control and stability control off, I think you can get a better line in the corners if you are trying to keep the tires from spinning.

now I'm gonna do it in reverse.

Traction and stability control turned down a bit helps with drifting the car through corners.....but if you get it sideways, you might spinout

Don't worry, my times were similar at first. I haven't tried the Camaro though so I don't know if theres room for improvement in it.

Just took the Cougar XR-7 (1967) out for a couple of laps . .

1:47.137

And then ran . .

1:46.296

I saved them both in 'Ghost Replay'.

I don't think I'll be able to beat low a 1:46, but I'll sure try

well I went cougar hunting in my chevelle today with no luck

Then I tried the cougar, I wasn't able to beat your time but I improved with a new best time of 1:46.793

That time you set has a pretty good chance of staying on top. I don't like knowing it's possible and I can't do it, I'm impressed though.
