Its been really tough picking a place to stay. We want a view of the strip and of course some have the 100 dollar dinner gift card and others offer 2 for one tickets to a bunch of places. Harrah's is one of those place that offers the 2 for one. Good rates too. It also has mixed reviews, but then again they all do (rolls eyes) I think the people that gave somewhat bad reviews must have stayed at a much more expensive hotel before.

I had a git card for southwest and my buddy set us up with some of his frequent flyer miles. So the tickets were free. I searched around a bit and kept ending up here

we booked the celebrity spa suite at the mgm grand this morning. It comes with up a 100 dinner gift card and looks good enough to sleep in after a long day of doing nothing. lol
I hope they have a coupon book at the check in desk

I have stayed at MGM grand a few times to see the pacquiao fight with my boyfriend. It is nice hotel. I also love Palms, Bellagio, and Mirage.
Also at the Stratosphere they have Sky jump. You can jump from the 108th floor! It was totally awesome!

the room came out to 541 and change. The flight tickets would have been just under 600 for two people. Find a friend that travels by air allot and see if they will share the frequent flyer miles with you. That saved me some bucks hence the extra cash I spent on the room. Harrahs would have been about 200 bucks less and did come with some nice perks. Click on that vegas link I posted above for prices. I think you can save a few bucks booking a flight and room together.

How many nights u staying? That sounds like a steal for that kinda room
Everything I looked at on the strip for 4 nights came out to about 900-1000 per person

3 nights. The plane tickets were 129 each for going and I think 134 each for the trip back.
I am going on a wed and returning on sat morn. Weekends are more money for rooms and flights. I figure there will be fewer people to contend with during the week. April 11 and return the 14th
