I would've said Spearmint Rhino, but hemorrhaging cash isn't exactly fun. Unless you think it's worth it.
Wanted to try indoor kart racing last time I was there - IIRC, there's both electric and gas powered types available. Wanted to try the new stuff at the Stratosphere too. Too bad jumping off costs so much.
