Gas Prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I filled up today and it was $3.04.99 for 91 octane.

I don't use my car as a daily driver and have an 07 Honda Accord that averages 35+ mpg for work but this just plain sucks!

I haven't been paying much attention to gas prices lately.

You know what sucks... I bet my cruddy Maxima wastes as much gas as your Bullitt does. Piece of crap sludge machine I have, It's been averaging 20-22 mpg! The good thing is that I work close and I only have to fill it up twice a month, but still! Imaging how often I would be filling up if I had a gas saver??
Oh! and did I mention that my engine prefers the expensive stuff!

I am seriously thinking about selling my Maxima, and buying me a 1996 Escort... Maybe painting it Grabber Blue, with some white wheels and some white accents here and there

30mpg? Lucky you. I get 15-20 it seems, but its gotten better since i put that bottle of techron in it, and ill replace the O2 sensor....i need to do a stick conversion bad, but id like a V-8 T-5, (.68 5th VS. .79 5th for the 4cyl t-5), but i cant find the parts locally, and the money id have to spend to buy them online, would make it more worthwhile to buy an older 5spd notch...and i know where one is too......hmmmm

Gas is 2.35ish a gallon here in Richmond VA, FOR 87 octane

About $2.75~$2.86/gal. 87 octane last time I filled up (Wed.). Plus, the 10% ethanol helps kill the mileage, as if it wasn't bad enough already > 14/15 mpg AVG. which is about the same my '88 notch was getting... (sigh).

Hey Rich,

The Arco station in Live Oak has the cheapest gas around by about 10 cents last time I checked. The good thing is I only fill up my Mustang once every two months! And my truck about once a month! But we are getting taken to the cleaners on gas prices that much is for sure!!!

You guys in California have it made, in the great white north of BC Canada
we are getting taken to the cleaners at $1.10 a litre which translates to
$3.50 US for a US gallon. British Columbia wants to be like California,
don`t come here unless you bring lots of money!
