Not sure about the dangers of it, but I do know that sugarless gum, diet drinks, etc. that have a lot of artificial sweeteners give me a crippling headache.

I stopped drinking soda's, energy drinks, and all the rest of that junk sold in stores more than 2 years ago. Even the 100% juice, some have sugar, all have water. I make my own juice, tea, or I drink plain water.

Same here. I won't touch a diet drink or sugar free gum. It used to give me migraines when I was younger. I prefer softdrinks sweetened with sugar instead of the high fructose corn syrup though. And real sugar sweet tea of course.

Aspartame is in bottled water too. So is fluoride. And bromine is in Gatorade.

Well, living in Louisiana, I'd say high fructose corn syrup is the least of your worries as far as toxins go.

Nothing artificial for me either. I grow my own sugar cane, chew it up and spit the juice into a big tub. Dried and ground fine, it's the best sweetener evar!

Lol you just reminded me of Gerard Butler when he was training for the movie 300. He said one of the first things he was going to do after it was all said and done was have a soda.

Guess soda and body sculpting don't go hand in hand after all.

Just isn't so. Infowars is just making money keeping this thing alive. Do your own research.

Now, that's not to say that if you don't WANT to use it, hey, that's fine. I also don't WANT to use sugar anymore, so this is my particular poison...

/Sugar can kill ya easier than this stuff will, for the record.
//Heck, water can kill you too, and easier and quicker. And I'm not talking drowning either.

I had a diet soda every now and then when I was cutting weight for bodybuilding competitions.. It was my zero calorie sugar release. I have a bad sweet tooth, so chicken, rice, broccoli and eggs for 12-14 weeks nearly drove me insane. A diet soda was extremely morally boosting.

Still isn't healthy. And I don't believe that article proves anything than to attempt to put conspiracy to rest. The government can get anything posted on the Internet so that speculations just look obsolete.

The FDA is in on it too. You honestly believe that infowars would press on and keep making profits just so that they could get a good deal about it? You should do your research.

Why, yes...yes I do. Do you honestly believe anyonewould voluntarily stop doing something that is profitable for any reason if not illegal?

I drink coke and sweet tea. Sugar is a wonderful thing. Anybody telling you different is selling something. And mostly fat people drink diet sodas and fear sugar.
