My Aunt is still in Exeter part time and all my Cousins from that family went to Exeter High School so I actually know where Tulare is and have been watching a lot of what is going on there with the flooding and extra snow.
I drove a sand and gravel truck in So. Cal and was in those mountains around Arrowhead and Big Bear a lot for work and pleasure when I lived out there. Most of the people that live up there went to be left alone and away from the Government.

 

I had a Coworker / Employee Who is My Age Who went to Exeter High. Your Cousins Might Know. His Name is Darren Landers he Still Lives in Exeter. He Visits from Time to Time!

That is where a few of my friends that decided to stay in California moved to, there and the high desert around Victorville and and Apple Valley. Still in the Biggest County in the USA.
