Cisco Networkers 2008

Just wanted to see if anyone else was going to this event in June.

www.cisco-live.com is the web site.

Looks like you may be correct (no Cisco nerds here). I bet if they looked at their work phone or router in the office it would say Cisco. I work for a large telcom co. and we have a Cisco phone system as well as switches & routers. Sorry but not going..

I'm slated to go, but it looks as if my pesky supply chain roll-out may be getting in the way. I'll come back and let you know if I'll be there and we can get a TMS meet up.

Cool. let me know as it should prove to be a good time.

Wish I could figure out how to get my employers to send me there!!

Unfortunately we've got too darn many CCIE's on staff and they get first dibs. This poor CCNA/CCDA is down on the bottom of the list!

CCIE's don't need to go, they already know everything!

They don't know everything - just about - but it changes way too fast to know everything.

Well, unless they are either Scott or Narbik's grandmother.

I suspect they'd agree with you! Me, on the other hand, I tend to find myself overwhelmed on a daily basis by all the things I still don't know!

I remember back in the day when there was only 3 paths for the CCIE
and there were only 110 in the world.

I'd love to get it one day, but I'm just starting down the routing path myself.

Since the date is getting close I figured I would bring this one back to the top to see if anyone is going.
