Just goes to show how some people that are not paying attention can ruin the fun for everyone else. Still amazes me though that they asked him to stop displaying the lights because some idiots caused a car accident.

 

I think it was probably more the time it took them to get to the scene of the accident. that is a hazard. If it too a car a long time because of congestion, a firetruck would take even longer
