Birmingham/Chelsea area people
I have 6 1/2 acres on old Hwy 280 about a mile from Hargis YMCA. I have not been there since July of 2002. I have heard there is a lot of construction in the area. Anybody got any info?

Yea,
You get tickets for going through there and they are putting in a Walmart and shopping center right there, plus more houses than you can shake a stick at.

You own property in the hottest selling area of Shelby County. You need to contact an agent if interested in selling it.
You have no idea how much land is going for in that part of the county.

Why people love Chelsea so much fails me-
A trip up Cop alley(CR 11)
or Down 280.....
Huge PITA to navigate all around.
No easy access to an interstate-----
