Better living through chemicals
So to get over this cold, my dr gave me two shots in the hip (the nurse was cute) and some cough syrup that has not 1, but 4 warning labels. Apperently if i take to much i could stop breathing ![Rollinglaugh](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/rollinglaugh.gif)
On the plus note, its made work a whole lot more enjoyable today.

I am on some meds right now that once I did a wiki look up on it, I am not sure I want to keep taking them. Possible side effects are photosensitivity reactions and can elevate plasma theophylline levels to toxic values. Also also known to cause swelling of joints and cartilage, and cause tendon rupture and chronic pain. Safety of the drug has been increasingly challenged with a large number of patients suffering serious adverse effects with disabling effects lasting months or years with higher doses and/or longer duration of administration. The drug was initially reserved as a drug of last resort for use against difficult-to-treat and antibiotic-resistant infections.
So the interesting part is the "drug of last resort" considering this is the first drug he tried. All of this from an upset stomach (possible food poisoning). Cool to know that not only is this suppose to clear up my problem, but it also helps cure people of gonorrhea . Go figure.
