Yep they did that to us also. The state really screwed us this year.

 

Ahh to be old and well almost cenile, but I am learning on a daily basis how best tospend wisley.

I go back on wednesday, although most people I know go back on the 9th (next Monday).

Ya, my friend who goes to college in New Mexico goes back on the 23rd. I think American universities go a lot later than candaian ones though. we finish on April 13 and dont go back till mid September. 5 months of summer! :w00t:

Hey at least you guys got a few days off. I would love to be go back to school. Here's an example of how my holiday worked out...

Worked Mon-Fri including my day off (Tuesday) the week of Christmas. Off Saturday and Sunday (got a floating holiday, but you can't use it the next week so it's basically worthless) then work Mon the 26th through Saturday (yes New Year's Eve) and went back on Monday again.

Actually its only 11 days I have off.

How do I get into a surreal life....?

 

I worked on the day of my last final, and i had a total of 4 days off between then (Dec 20) and when i go back on the 9th. Wheres my tiny violin.

 

i got 11 days of school off for christmas and i went back on the 3rd, i also get two more 9 day vacations this year too though.
