Once I was putting my china away...And as I was reaching into the cabinet I kicked over the mop bucket. I slipped in the water, the china went flying....

My right hand had a HUGE blood clot on it.from slamming into the wall when I fell.

I got 14 stitches on my right leg by the ankle- the china I dropped cut me to the bone. Now 4 years later, my leg with the 3 inch scar can predict the weather- it throbs when the pressure outside changes.

When I got took to the ER, my mom came to my house to get the kids...She said it looked like someone had been killed in my kitchen there was so much blood.
THhe poor china ! I suppose it was like a discontinued line like say " Old Country Roses" ?

Buncha patterns. I collect old china plates and cups. My old country rose china plate is safe and sound, and my very favorite ever.

On the bright side, the four inch scar on my ankle can now predict when it is going to rain...
If its going to rain within a day it throbs and itches.
