I was wondering if I was the oldest fart on the board or if there was someone else who had that honor? Here's a picture of me with my very first new car in 1965 just after graduation from high school. I'll let you figure out how old I am.
1965 Dodge Coronet 500 with a 4 speed/Hurst shifter and a 426 street wedge. No Hemi in 65. It took 7.5 weeks from the time I ordered it until it arrived and talk about sleepless nights for a kid!

Would have been fairly fast car for it's day. What would you feel like if a youngster pulled up next to you with one now, on the street with your '05 and wanted to give it a go?

No wonder you guys can't spell! I'm 63.95. My first car was a 1950 Olds 88 coupe, OHV V8 & a 4sp Hydramatic (could burn rubber thru the 1-2 shift). Front was lowered (heated the springs), big tires on the back. Paid $275.00 for it 1n 1957.

You're a mere pup !!!
I am on Medicare, collecting full social security, and feeling like 20something.
My only problem is: With a limited number of years left, will the '05 GT Vert I ordered on 11/1/04 get here before I get too old to peddel it (Robot Lady still says C/U).
