American Idol..Anyone watch it?

Wow, it was cool. They gave 2 red verts (V6's) to Bo and Carrey. The sweetest was when the commercial before they announced the winner they showed the Mustang anthem commercial. It was sweet to see it on the big screen. I had seen it on the net but gave me chills to watch on the big sreen and with surround sound. Awesome!! 
I must say that for some reason I had doubts about my Satin Silver watchting the commercial. That red looked really nice!!!! For some reason I was even liking the optional wheels which I have never cared for. I must have been having withdrawls from my Legend. Afterall it had been about 2 hours since I had seen him being glued to American Idol.

I will be seeing a red vert around here soon to add to my menagerie! Bo was screwed on AI..
BUT since he didn't win, it means he isn't under the mighty AI hammer and can do what he wants to do.
I predict a decent CD out soon- and if all else fails, he can play gigs around here so I can see and work at guitar gallery all he wants!

I do for a fact know what route I will be taking to the mall from now on--------the backroad through Helena Cause now theres a new mustang in town 
I am quite pissed, I took very sick last night and passed out on the couch, didn't wake up till midnight and didn't get to vote for Bo.

Carrie should've had that. I made the comment to my gf that I'd be happy with just getting the Mustang and no record contract. Though I'm sure Bo will get signed if it isn't already.

Best part of show was Bo singing "Sweet Home Alabama" and of course the mustangs they got.Up here in canada we didnt get any cool mustang commercials :angry:

My favorite show on TV. 
They gave a whole lot of exposure to the Mustang all season long.......WAY COOL! It was really great to see 'Anthem' commercial again.......it's been awhile since it's been played on TV, and it still gives me chills/goosebumps......and being TORCH RED don't hurt either

That was the first time I saw the anthem commercial on tv, it's my favorite ad, even though the cornfield ad is also really awesome. After this exposure, I'll bet Ford will have lot's of people buying up the 05 V6s on the lots, and others customers getting in line to order an 06.
I thought Bo would be the winner, but I thought both he and Carrie were awesome, so didn't have a preference. It's probably better that Carrie won because she'll fit the American Idol mold more easily than Bo. I have no worries about Bo having a very successful career after this, I'm sure he's got record labels lined up waiting to sign him.
