I was a little surprised when I heard their first single. Sounded darn good! I'll be picking up the CD in the near future.

yup not too shabby at all , I think they recorder it in Bryan Adam's studio here in Vancouver, some critic said not enough Riff's but there a few years older and such and so am I and it sounds Pretty darn good to me ! well worth what it cost me & I'm glad I got the whole album , that is why you will NOT find it on i-tunes they do not want a tarck by track sale they want you to buy the whole thing.

I heard it on Octane a while back, loved it because it sounds like the old ACDC, instead of some new fangled crap, like the other bands that are trying to make a comeback because they're broke

 

It's even on Serius Radio the AC/DC Radio station there all AD/DC 24/7

 

exactly my thoughts. It isn't "the new" AC/DC

The reason you can't get it at iTunes is because ACDC signed an exclusive deal to sell it only at WallMart. They bought over 1,000,000 copies, and because of the way it is sold the album was technically platinum on the day it was released. A little marketing/accounting trickery to artificially inflate the sales numbers. Not that I care, just interesting.

Metallica did a similar thing with Death Magnetic. If you buy 4 tickets to the tour, you are also buying four copies of the album. I bought the album the day it came out, and a few weeks later bought four tickets, so I technically bought 5 copies of the album. But it is FANTASTIC!!!

 

i went and bought it two days ago... and it rocks..

very much worth the $11 wally world is charging for it
