End of season 1:

Palmer has had enough of Sherry's power plays and has a final show-down with her in the hotel ballroom. Nina knows that the Drazens have no leverage without Kim, so she calls Jack and tells him that Kim's body was found floating in the harbor. Jack is crushed by grief and then he flies into a rage. He rushes the Drazens and a bloody shoot-out ensues. Nina's cover is blown and she makes a final dash for safety, leaving a bloody trail behind her. Jack is able to apprehend her before she can escape, but he is stunned to learn that he didn't arrive soon enough.

 

She didnt die, she was a major part of season two and I believe ended up getting a presidential pardon. It very well could be Nina, but I just dont see them bringing her back. Plus if they do, I know they would play the Nina or Audrey card and I would certainly hope he wouldnt go for Nina.

 

Aaaag, I'm so bummed I missed this episode. Any re-runs during the week.

 

Not only a big part in 2 but she showed up in S3. She was the virus buyer that the 2 Salazar brothers were selling it to. Jack shot her a bunch of times but you never know.....

My bet is Kim too.

My bad on Salazar selling it to her...they were actaully buying it from Amador and so was she..Jack confronted her and she wanted to kill Jack since she knew he was CTU and he as pretending he wasnt since he was under cover with the Salazar brothers again...oh man..I love 24..

S2 is on A&E on sunday nights.

Nina wasn't Jack's wife. She was S1 character if memory serves, worked for CTU. (don't quote me, that was 4 years ago and I don't have the dvd's) Nina shot Jack's wife, Nina was a traitor.

OK, what's the penthouse thing? I have absolutely no idea what ya'll are talking about? Was I reading TMS and missed something?

 

John is right. Nina and Jack also had a "thing" with each other as well at one point.

The penthouse was in the previews for next week.

 

The penthouse belongs to some of the terrorists who have the nerve gas.

Jack sees someone- and tells em to get up but they don't show us who- leading us to believe it may be Kim.

 

I dont think its Kim. For one this person had short brown & somewhat curly hair at least that could be seen from the top of their head. Also I thought it looked like a man's forehead but again I could be wrong.

The way I think Kim and/or Chase will be brought back is that whoever the guy is running the show (that cummings reported to) goes after them to get to Jack.

 

To everyone that may be confused, Nina is VERY dead. She tried to buy the virus in Season 3. Jack shot her once, and then he shot her multiple times more, even though she was dead.

It was great to see and hear what Jack was willing to do to Cummings with that knife. I am also glad that SS Agent Pierce has finally gotten some long overdue longer lines and screentime. He is a great actor, and he was VERY loyal to David Palmer. That is why he didn't do anything when Pres. Logan told him to stop Jack from assaulting Walt Cummings. I can truely say, this season so far is the BEST YET, and were only 6 episodes in! . Can't wait for next week.

 

Didn't Chase get killed? Wasn't there some drama about how "it shoulda been Jack", and Kim was upset? Chase went to rescue Jack from the Salazar's... or something like that... and got killed? :scratch:

 

And yes, very glad to see Agent Pierce getting some credit. I was impressed with that last scene. So far, I think this last episode has been the best this season. I was back on the edge of my seat again

 

No I dont think chase got killed in S3. Jack had to cut his arm off to prevent the virus from getting out.
