Hair Of The Dog is brewed and bottled by a 2 man operation in Portland, OR. They make more traditional old and strong ales, barley wines, and others that pack a serious punch. All bottles are bottle conditioned and aged for a year or so before distribution from what I can recall. Their stuff literally is second to none. Also see if you can pick up some stuff from Russian River, probably right up there with Cascade Brewing on the sour beers.
