I can't leave this site alone. I'm on it at lunch, when I get home, before I go to bed.

Just wanted to thank some of my favorites for there info and for the ideas...

VegasJay, Swingle007, 2005RedGT, Orthoguy, Adrenalin, Acadian, 169stang, Jwgroovin, and many more!

Who are your favorites? Who has inspired you?

I feel the same way. I've been actually trying to cut down my time on the site because it tends to make me want to spend money I don't have. lol

1,000 posts. You are just a rookie I remember way back when I hit 1,000. It was probably after spending over $6,000.00 in mods thanks to other members going out and buying things and then making me want them. If I in anyway caused you to spend money on your car, good At least I know I am not the only one. The problem is, there are so many things we can do to the new mustang that the mod list seems to be never ending. As soon as I am done I see something new and thing, hey, that's not that bad as I am reaching for my credit card. Just think, I have yet to do any mods to the interior.

I am trying to let just 1 month go by that I don't spend any money on the car for mods. Pretty hard to do!

Haha, I've been here over a year and a half and havn't even hit 100 yet. I guess I do a lot of reading and not a lot of typing, but I have been becoming more active now that my delivery date is quickly approaching. My wallet is gonna start shrinking real soon.

Just so everyone knows...this wasn't a stupid thread started to just boast about 1000 posts.

I mainly wanted to thank everyone here. I have spent so much time here and I just love reading about everyone's experiances.

I wanted to know who have some of your favorite cars?why?
What do you like most about TMS?

If I had to pick my favorite car here...it would be VegasJay's. But I think I am a little biased on the color choice! I love the look he has going. The stealth look combined with the "loud" white stripes goes perfect IMO!

What I like most about TMS is the people! For the most part, everyone here is genuine and there really is a postive vibe here. Everyone seems to be willing to help each other at the drop of a hat. I only wish I was able to meet more members in person!

God... I know exactly what you mean... I have to slow down.. It's gettin ridiculous. I know I'm only a rookie (2,600 in mods) but I can't stop... I need a 12 step program (or is it 10 step)...

I was able to stay away for a while (about 5 months) had bills and moding my car was down the list a ways.

Now, in the last week and a half or so I'm getting into it again.

I know, I know. The Summer is the ideal time when you're supposed to mod your car and drive it like mad. Not the winter months

Oh well, I guess that's the way the cookie crumbles.

The scary part is when I said $6,000.00 that was a long, long time ago. I could have easily bought another car by now.

P.S. Don't tell my wife :nono:

I think I'm the opposite of most people here.
I've had my 'vert for a month now, and haven't modded a thing yet.
I have plans, but no money...

Oh, well... the planning's fun too.
Y'all keep giving me ideas.
I'm loving it.

PS. That's why I love this site. Lots of ideas in a friendly atmosphere.

And that is the ideal the site was built on. Glad its going as planned

Absolutely agree!!! TMS is not only the best Mustang forum but the best forum period!! And it's the people that make it what it is.

Nick, congrats on number 1,000. We'll all get together and do this again when you hit 2,000.

I personally can't say enough about TMS, the Mods and all the members... and what this place has done for me. I can tell you I wouldn't be the person I am today, or have the knowledge I have, if it wasn't for this place and the people here. I'm coming up on 2500 posts... and I can tell you that I read at least 10 times more than I type. That's a lot of reading. I guess you could say it's an addiction. Whenever I can't get the internet for some reason, I start having withdrawl. I get irritable and cranky. And it doesn't go away until I get my fix.

Hello, my name is Ian, and I'm a TMS-oholic...
