I didn't just run out and buy a Mustang on a whim. I developed mechanical problems with my previous vehicle which rendered it inoperative.


Cheap aluminum wheels disintegrated.

That wheel is also busted. No idea how bad the damage is underneath.

Wow,guess the driver of the oncoming car saw the "RAM" on your hood and thought it was a request.

Bet they don't have insurance either,or a driver license,obviously they don't have functional eyes if they didn't see a full size ram in front of them

 

I'm pretty sure it was a legit visibility issue. Sun was at my back, in his eyes. And the curve I came around is a lot closer to the intersection than the fisheye lens makes it look. He was probably confident it was clear, then focusing on his turn when I showed up. I made the mistake of thinking he was preparing to turn behind me. That caused a delay in my reaction. Not sure that made a huge difference. Just one of those questions that bugs me.

 

Wow is right! Hope everyone came out ok in that accident. I am sure the other guy probably got it pretty good being in a small econobox car (appears to be a newer Mitsubishi Mirage?). Wish you well in you new ride. Hope it is a bright color so you are seen. :Grin: Just kidding.

Hard thing to go through, hope everything works out in your favor.

 

Glad you weren't hurt but yes the sun can wreak havoc at times!

 

Guess I should add that, as far as I know, everyone walked away.
