Where to put Seafoam on/in a jeep

Hopefully I am posting this in the right section. I was wondering if anyone knows where to put seafoam (particularly to clean engine internals, i.e. vacuum hose) in a 2004 jeep grand cherokee with the inline 6 engine? if possible, pics where to add the seafoam would be appreciated. thanks

i know there are a bunch of threads about seafoam, but I was in a hurry posting the question. it is actually for my mom's jeep that is having pretty major problems at the moment, all of which could probably be solved by seafoam. i am not the most mechanically inclined when it comes to working on cars, so my main question would actually be which hose is the vacuum hose

sorry if my first post sounded dumb

am i guessing right that what I am pointing out in the pic is the vacuum hose for the intake?
