I drove my parents 87 Cutlass for a while, and the first car i bought was a 95 Mustang LX AODE in 2002. I dont miss that car, but it did inspire the love of mustangs that has brought the other 2.

My first car was a 1972 Chevy Impala. I had it while I was in the Service and we all called it the Battlestar, because I let everyone drive it and it saw a lot of partying. Along with all the dings and dents. But it kept on going until I left it on the side of the road when the tranny finally gave out. lol

When I was 15 I was given a 1990 Ford Ranger XLT. It's gone now, because of the majority of unresponible teen drivers who hit your car when it's parked. I got $3,500 for it though.

I bought a '76 Mustang V6 in 1990. For a whopping $850. It had a few rust holes and it allowed me to become very good friends with a mechanic.
Getting to know him was actually really good. He taught me alot.
It was a great car (despite being in the shop every other month) and it has many stories.
I think she offically died in Nov of 1992. I had sold her when I left for college. Coming home for Thanksgiving break, I saw her on the side of the highway, all by herself. Not sure if she made it after that.

1992 Ford Escort
My family bought that car when we first moved to the United States in March 1999. It was given to me when I got my license in January 2000. Drove it for about 6 months, and then I was given 1997 Dodge Intrepid. Finally, in summer of 2001 my parents bought me 2000 Ford Mustang V6 for my 17th birthday.
Although I still have Mustang and Intrepid, I always have good memories of my Escort. It was slow and had a million mechanic problems, but I really liked it. We gave it for trade-in when we got Mustang.

My first car was '68 Cougar, black on black. It was actually pretty much ragged out and I was happy (at that time) to get rid of it. My second car was an emerald green '73 Gran Torino Sport fastback. I wish I had them both back now.

4cyl, no power steering, no power brakes, AM radio, no A/C. It couldn't break the tires loose in dirt.
I think it maxxed out at 47 MPH.
I then bought my 69 mustang fastback after that.

66 Mustang Coupe--289, C code with C-4, but it got lots of mods. 
(Manifold and carb changes, trans pak, 4:11 rear, suspension work...etc. just
about whatever a 16 year old could beg, barrow or trade for went on
that car.)

eace: Black 66 VW bug, 1300cc, 40bhp, needed a tail wind to get up to its claimed max speed of 78mph on the highway. It got 27mpg on regular gas that cost $0.27 at the time. That car really su@ked!

Ahhh, my first car....A 1972 Buick Sportwagon...but not this color...Buick called the color on mine burnt orange...my friends and I called it rusty orange.
Orange body, white roof and black tires with no hubcaps! Ultimate Flyers mobile!
My friends and I used to play hockey everyday after school, we could throw EASY 6 people, all our equipment, sticks inside AND a full sized (6' X 4') goal on top for street hockey. For ice hockey, no goal but we could shove 6 fully loaded hockey bags and two sets of goalie equipment in the back....and have plenty of room!
There was a trap door in the bay for transporting your beverage of choice without being seen, too! (You didn't hear that Dad! )
I grew up in that car, basically...my Dad bought it new in 1971 and I was a year old...I told my Dad when I was growing up that I would drive that car right though High School and I did. It literally died on me right after graduation in 1988, that very night, the radiator blew and my friend and I had to push the car home....luckly it was mostly down hill!
Ugly as sin, but that car held alot of great memories for me....what a boat of a car!
