the focus St starts at 23k... mine was loaded and it ran 26k

 

Not surprised as the GTI would be too close and probably outperform the R.

Luckily VW is doing it right. Upping the HP, lowering weight. I've heard many complaints about not being able to fully defeat the stability control, though. Perhaps they'll do that as well.

Not here, there was a yellow ST on the lot fully loaded, recaros, every option and it was was right at 40k, I've learned my AO is an expensive area to buy cars in. I'll stop by the dealer tomorrow and double check since I have to go that way.

 

Even if you add every option on fords site, it only goes to 31k

 

Just checked with my buddy, he says he remembers 37k. In any event I'll be heading that way tomorrow, if its close to 40k I'll snap a pic of the invoice. and post it.
