Very simple word. I want to talk about this in reguard to the Mustang.
My faith of late has been shattered. I will go into it later. Idiot decicions with the powershif and the my ford toouch come to mind. WTF was Ford thinking??????? Mark Fields????? I heard your lame attempt on inside line but that will not cut it with the faithful. FAIL.

FYI, Ford is addressing these problems. They are releasing updates for MFT and they just released new programming for the Powershift transmission that is worlds better (making it shift just like VWs DSG) a few days ago. Any person who owns a car with the DCT can go to the dealer and have it updated.
As any company should, they recognize the problems of their products and address them. No products perfect.

Yup Ford has new software for ppl with auto trans and myford... For the trans the software is out already just make sure you ask your tech on your next oil change to see if they can get you one flashed. And they also are coming with second upgrade of flash for the "slipping" issue sometime in February I believe

We have 12 fiestas at our dealership that we are replacing the clutcheds even before they hit the show room floor. Something to do with the clutch isn't balanced well and causes a vibration at high engine speed.

According to Motor Trend, the Focus's updated PowerShift transmission is MUCH improved.
