Toyota FJ Cruiser
Sorry if this is a repost (I didn't find any in a search), but...
The Toyota FJ Cruiser is no longer a concept...it is a production vehicle...

FJ Cruiser Info
Summary:
The FJ Cruiser will go on sale as a 2007 model priced in the low 20k's...
Looks like some of the guys from the Aztec project got new jobs pretty darn quick...

its cool, but how many SUVs does toyota need? They've got the Sequoia, Land Cruiser, 4Runner, Highlander, and Rav4. I guess i could see this slotting between the Rav4 and the Highlander, and i guess this is a different kind of vehicle anyways. But will it really be used for anything more than the other cars?
I dunno, i'm just grumpy cause Ford keeps gettin ragged on for their fuel ratings while toyota and honda and nissan are all expanding their truck line-ups like mad.
It does look like a cool truck though.

That thing is an abomination. If Ford decides to bring back their biggest hard-core off-road legend, a Bronco that recalls the original, I certainly hope that they can do better than Toyota or might I suggest not wasting their time?
I hope to see something like the Bronco concept, but...
With the Syn^US and Bronco concept sharing the same basic mechanicals, the production version(if there is a production version) will be somewhere between the two extremes depending on the public reaction...
I'm guessing it will probably be closer to the Syn^US judging by what I saw at the auto show...
