Last year my local store offered T Birds at $10k off MSRP. Is the bird dying?

On June 17/05 was when they had the big thing about it in Dearborn Michigan at Ford World Head Quqrters. I was just looking around and thought it may have been of interest.

I was just a kid when the T bird first came out. I remember the first one I saw. It was red, parked by a beach in San Diego, top down. I drooled all over my bike on the ride home. I loved that car.

My wifes uncle has a 64 that was passed down to him. He takes it out once in a while but most of the time its just covered in the garage. Its a beautiful light blue. I have no idea what the engine specs are. I'll have to ask.

I told him to put it in his will for me

You know showiing respect for a car goes a long way, and the desire to keep it up. There was a little old lady here that had a 69 fastback and she chose to sell for that reason and not the money so when people know that it going to be cared for goes a long way ! my two 4.5 cents

If anyone is interested, between 1955 and 1997, Ford sold total of 4,276,257 Thunderbirds. Best selling T-Bird was 1977-1979 model.

Do you have any info of new Thunderbird? Because last thing I heard is that T-Bird is gone after this year and that's it.

Is it coming out again?
