Problem is if you ask the average joe what a Shelby Mustang is they'll more than likely know what it is. If you ask what an SLP Camaro is they'll probably go "Huh? What's SLP stand for?"

Tru'dat, but the SLP F5 isn't really anymore a mainstream car than the KR is. Like its Ford counterpart, its really for the (to put it crudely) brand nutswinger.

The person buying this is a well-heeled Camaro fan and doesn't have a problem spending that kind of cash on it.
