that is a silly question.

With the car in neutral, push the gas pedal up and down while the engine is running. The "revs" the engine up and down.

Julie, don't listen to us, you have to start somewhere. Don't feel bad about asking what you don't know.

There's a peddle to the left of the one you're pushing to go vroom-vroom and it's very important too. It's called "break" but don't worry - it won't really break if you push on it. You might want to try it out, especially if you are rolling toward something at high speed.

Sorry - couldn't resist.

Don't feel bad...I've owned my '03 GT for a year and a half and still haven't done a standing burnout. I can peel-out just fine...

Just to lighten the mood on test drives, I'll sometimes ask the salesman, "Which one is the gas and which one is the brake?"

Uhhh, Julie, are you old enough to drive, or does Daddy just let you sit in the seat when you're getting somewhere?

Please don't touch the knobby thing below the stereo you might hear a grinding noise. :-)
