well yeah, obviously not so low that it affects the line of sight...but they say as low as possible while still maintaining line of sight.

Before buying one, here's what you need to know, Virginia and Washington DC states have banned the usage of radar detectors in the United States. it is also illegal using radar detectors in some areas. so it's best for you to check the laws of the territory first before buying and installing one. radar detectors are worth purchasing and using concerning these two factors expensive speeding tickets and traffic violation fines. if you are in search of finding the best radar detector for your vehicle motorcycle radar detector reviews might help you

Waze is also very helpful and has saved my biscuit more than once.

I've been very happy with my Valentine 1 and Waze. I find it odd that the link above didn;t even include the V1 in it's testing. It lacks some of the bells and whistles, but is a solid performer and I lik ehow it tells me what direction and how many signals it is detecting.
