Saw a hideous F-150 today...

It had black body moldings and a ducktail with the sides haging over it. The ducktail had two curves and looked UGLY. On the rear was a sticker saying 4 x 4 FX or something... :shock:

FX4 maybe?

I doubt that it was factory, because Ford doesn't usually add body pieces like you describe. It might've been a dealer installed kit, but not factory.

Yeah, that wasn't factory. FX4's are just another type of F-150 with an off road package and 4x4, and I think it come in a step-side and short bed variations, no Factory F-150's have wings.

My brother-in-law bought a 2004 F-150 last month... Brand spankin' new STX, out the door for $17,400!!! I couldn't believe it... And for a base truck, it's still very nice!

You might check Roush's stuff for F-150's? Dunno if that's it, but it sounds possible. (Steeda does some too, don't they?)

The Roush Tejon (SP?) isn't out yet, I don't believe, and it doesn't have a ducktail. Steeda; ???
