I must say this is the first porsche that i really like the looks of. I'm really not into the current boxster convertible, or the various upper scale porsches, mainly because of their basic shape and proportions, and i'm not so into the headlights either. The new, rounder headlights coming out on the carrera are nicer, to me.
Motor Trend had a spy shot of the boxster coupe in the November issue. They're saying they're making the coupe to bring down the bottom line of the car, which is pretty cool. And they've upped the horsepower too on both the base and S versions, i can't remember specific numbers though. The coupe looks hot! I often prefer coupes to convertibles, like the mustang or the 6-series. I just love the roofline on this thing, and the way the hips wrap around it at the back. What do you guys think?
I never liked the center exhaust on the current boxster, but i think it looks really good in this pic.
As others have said before, i love the matt black paint job, they gotta start making cars like this. B)

It's unlikely that they will use a matt black paint job in full production, it is a lot harder to keep clean and grease settles in it. I admit it does give the car a "stealth" look though. But.......the only Porsche I would ever consider is a 968. I think that you can but better quality cars for the money...
