http://www.keycast.com/keycast/Jaguar/X9/go.asp

It shows what the next XK might be like

I like the...

- longer wheelbase like the E-Type which will help stability at high speeds

- shorter front and rear overhangs like the E-Type

- hatchback design like the E-Type

- centrally-mounted tailpipes.

I think it NEEDs...

- a manual transmission (GOBS of loyal BMW owners hate the new BMWs...Jaguar needs to capatalize on this)

- a more rounded front end with a larger grille like the E-Type

- better-looking taillights

- perhaps round lights like E-Type but those lights on the concept look good.

- better marketing than recent Jaguars

your thoughts?

I like it!

Although, in my opinion the front bumper looks a little like it came off a Taurus.

It doesn't have a boat-tail like the GR-1. It's more like an Aston Martin.

I don't like it. The whole front fascia is totally weird looking.

Can anyone please photoshop this car in silver?

The next Jaguar XK will have to meet new European pedestrian safety laws which will affect the styling of new European cars.

Oh and in that photoshop of that XK concept in silver, could I have a wire mesh grille like the Jaguar R models?

You may want to post the request in the photoshop forum.

Late response, but, yeah, it's me! School took control and I found that this site was too addictive for my own good. Maybe I'll visit the 2005 forums and say hi later on.

its good to see you around

i know what you mean about this site being addictive... last semester i spent a lot of time on, and procrastinated like i have never procastinated before (and i've procastinated a lot before lol). i think i may have to lay off of this site once the next semester comes along
