Around what year did the make that plus sign grille their trademark. I say its time for some New Dodge again.
I don't think the cross hair grille is the problem, I think the problem is how they are incorporating it into their cars. It dominates the front end too much. I think the Viper looks great, still has the cross hair, but it doesn't draw attention to the cross hairs as much.

The purple one is in this month's road and track. It is next to the Camaro concept drawings. Supposedly, GM wants to make a Camaro now, with a Concept in 2006 and cars being delivered in 2007. Seems a little quick to me to develop a new car.

They are saying the Camaro will use a live axle version of the platform the Cadillac CTS uses.

I continue to shake my head in dismay. I was around for the frist generation of these cars and if evolution of the species is what is intended, fine. But the retro name/styling is what seems to selling cars these days, and only Ford got it right with the Mustang.

Witness the pathetic sales of the GTO. A classic name, a forgettable reintroduction.

This car is going down the same path. I would have said road, but I doubt that you'll see many of them on one.

I don't see why a car has to look like all of your other cars at all. The mustang doesn't look like any of fords other products but it still does a pretty good job advertising for them. I barely even looked at the other fords until I started coming here because of the new mustang.
