To me, Dodge is synonomous with minivans, so their corporate grille, regardless of what it's on, reminds me of a Dodge Caravan, which isn't good for a muscle car convertible.

They should seriously use BM's version . . .

The grill and rear end on Dodges are just all so alike and really don't do anything for me.
Until they start changing that, I don't think people are going to fall for it. The look of that car is very un-retro to me
Having traversed from Mustangs to Mopars over the years, I am found myself going back to Mustangs for two reasons. Firstly, my wife and I have an '05 MG GT Vert now which satisfied our desire to have a pony again. Secondly, I cannot stand the crap that is being released by Chrysler/Dodge (read in Daimler). :bang:
The Magnum is a chopped station wagon for all intents and purposes regardless of what's under the hood. Heck, the 1978 Ford LTD Station Wagon that I took my drivers test in had a 350 under the hood. The new Charger is a POS in my opinion. It has not one styling cue from the 1968-1970 Chargers from whence it got it's name, let alone the friggin' four doors. I will not even bother with the chargers of the 80s. Did Chrysler/Dodge-Daimler not learn from GMs release of the Chevy Nova?!
All I can say is that Ford got the new Mustang right. If a new pony war is to start, someone at Chrysler/Dodge and GM needs to get a clue!

That concept sketch seems to be based on Charger-Magnum-Crossfire styling cues.
I agree with Brad, I think if Dodge wants a real winner, the have to think outside of the box and ditch the corporate styling cues and build a true Challenger, something along the lines of what BM is photoshopping.

Although that cross-hair grill looks like a target for a semi

well isnt that basically what everyone has been asking for? a two door charger? i like the lines save for the extra two doors. i dont think they should waste two good names on one car, why cant it just be a new package for the charger?
