Only 140 of these were built. The company that made them was owned by three brothers and each brother designed one car. The Mark I & II were component/kit cars. This one was a production car.
Note the steering wheel is on the right. It does share one thing with the Pantera...some had 351 Ford engines...most had 302s.

The logo is not among these.
This company stopped making cars in the mid 70s and switched to manufacturing fiberglass and plastic parts for various industries in Australia. In 2008 they again introduced a car by the same name as the one pictured above. The 2009 prototype of the new car is below. The new and old car have the same name so name the new one and you get the old one.
