It is British. The company ended car production in 1954. They then switched to production of airplane parts.

About 77,000 of them were built.

1977 Ford Landau. I would not have gotten it without the Brazilian hint. Even then it was tough. I could see the Ford lines, but also saw a bit of ZIL-114 there.
