Thanks Doug!
The ONLY problem I have with AM, (and other 'newer' exotics) is I miss the true manual shifter. I am not sure but I think AM still offers the shifter/clutch as an option, but I could be wrong. Of course I havn't drive a "true" F1 style shifter car . . maybe I'm just old school.
AM's are probably the sexiest (yeah . .I said it
) autos on the road today.

yeah i hear ya about teh manuals...i think you can get them either way. I'd like to try the AM paddle just to see. But if i could only get one as a paddle auto I'd still do it. That car is simply amazing.
I folllowed a vanquish a couple years ago when i was in jersey and I just couldn't stop staring at it.

I love that car.
Oh and as a side note...
When I do eventually get a new Mustang I'm so going to get gauges that look like those. Screw that color changing crap that comes in the Mustang (because I will never use it and because I hate black gauges. I perfer white ones.)

To my eyes, AM is making easily the best designs today, on par with the E-Type Jag in combining outright hot blooded sex appeal with impeccable sophistication and style. And they don't rely on ostentatious and awkward fillips and filigree like Bangle's BMWs, overwrought design emblems like the new Audi's grills, Ferrari's not quite there proportioning and ever increasing stylistic business or Jag's overreliance on tiring traditional design elements.
Combine all that with state of the art chassis and engineering, powerful V-12s that actually sound like powerfull V-12s rather than electric motors (not to mention the upcoming V8 DB-8) and just an overall air of refined power, well, I think Ferrari, Porche and any of the other top tier performance marques better keep a steely eye on AM.
