Maybe Switching to a "Grown Up" Car
Only a couple of Kia's cars are. My friend is a co-op student for them at their plant in GA and told me most are made here in the US.
Yeah unfortunately ( http://www.chevrolet.com/ss-sports-s...-zipcode=23061 ) it bases at 43,475 which for some reason it gets more expensive from there. If you select the only two options which are a full size spare and power roof it tops out at 47,170.
Hah, I see a zip at the end of my link so YMMV could explain why the base price jumped so much when I hit the SS link. Cars are pricey in the Hampton Roads area.

And Corpusʻs stoner population has skyrocketed lately..... Ohhhhohihhoh the fun! Only risk is messin with the wrong stoner cuz ive seen some go crazy from that synthetic stuff.
Sorry offtopic!
But yea a couple down my street has one. Still has the pushbars up front, spotlight, hubcaps, and even the bars still blocking the back seat (requested they stay in for their dogs and grandkids), and no door handle on the inside of the rear seats. And still all the performance upgrades, thing hauls!
Old man put his own exterior speakers as well so he can yell at people!
sometimes i wish he was my gpa

Agreed. I like the look and of course it the only of its kind. But it's WAAAAY overpriced and gets awful MPG's.
Ugggh. One part of town that I have to drive in frequently is full of old cop cars. Spotlight hanging out of the window and everything. It's annoying at first but you start to realize that if it was a cop driving it, it wouldn't have a cracked bumper or scratches or dents.
I'm 40 and I have too. Mine's a grown-up car. It carries me to work, to church, to the store if necessary, etc. It's just a 655WHP grown-up car. If by "grown-up car" you mean one that is absolutely a drag to drive, then no, I'll never own one. It's possible to own fun cars and still be grown up.

I like the performance of the SS, but it just looks a little bland to me for what it is. If they styled it more like the Holden of Vauxhall equivalents id like it a lil more. Heck i like the new impala more than the SS
