GM sells hybrid versions of the Silverado and Sierra.

 

The hybrid Silverado and Sierras are actually mild hybrids. They have a starter/generator/electric motor which gives them a little push off the line and some regenerative braking. The fuel economy gain is not that much, but what is cool is that you have A/C outlets to run construction equipment if a generator is not handy.
