Cool

I noticed a striking simularity between this Honda show car built by the Mugen tuning shop and the 2004 Mustang Mach 1. Seems like they wish Honda built a Mach 1. [attachmentid=40315]

I've noticed Honda copying Mustang styling cues in their Acura line. When the RSX first came out, to me it looked like they took an Integra and applied sn95 styling cues and '99 Chrysler 300 headlights. Kind of like they wanted the Integra to grow up and be a Mustang!

I'm a little jealous of their painted side mirrors :P

Whats interesting and quite funny is that if that hood scoop really does "shake" it would shake front to back being as how the I4 is placed

Actually, that's the Honda Legend (aka Acura RL here in the US of A) and it has a V6 in stock trim. The Mugen Legend Max has a 4.0L V8 (making about 500HP) and is mounted in a "North-south" configuration:

So, that shaker will actually "shake" in the right direction.

Not a bad looking car. Honda should keep the 8, detune it to about 400hp, and people might actually buy the RL.

Mark, you're absolutley correct! Shame on me for not noticing that. Thanks for the input Shows you how much I know my Honda's huh?

Although I would get a laugh out seeing a shaker on an RSX LOL

It would be nice to see the Honda Ridgeline with an eight. That and to change the styling on the sides along the bed. Other than that I like the looks of that truck.

Is that 4.0 Honda based off of their IRL engine? Nice looking ride . . .

I guess you would call that a rocker instead of a shaker

I like the Honda, but I'd still choose the Mustang.

The Honda -- if you change the emblem to a Maza emblem, could pass for a Mazda car, IMO.

Please keep in mind that the Mugen Legend Max is NOT a production car, it is purely a show car. Honda doesn't produce a V8 powered car with a shaker scoop. I can't beleive people think it looks better when it's obviously an imitation of the production Mach 1...

True...I wasn't knocking on the Mach, b/c I love them and someday I would like to own one, but you just gotta admit that, that Honduh looks so much better than previous generations. Think of it more as a step up in the world for them.
