Expect to see Lincoln near the top more often, I suspect. Part of the reason MKZ is getting to dealers so slowly is that Linc is going to great pains to make sure initial quality is up to snuff, dependability as a byproduct of quality will be improving.

I think the old people that buy lincolns dont take them in for issues or they cant see or hear the issues.

I wonder how much Ford's maligned MyFord Touch system influenced their lower-than-industry-average ranking?

I would say it has dinged them hard. That, and the dual clutch transmissions in the Focus and Fiesta has pulled the numbers way down imo. Kudos to Lincoln but they are on their last gasp. Either they complete and sell some units or they are going to go away forever. Its sink or swim time.

Lincoln is profitable today, so I doubt they are going anywhere anytime soon . . .
