+1 for '86-'87 Buick Regal T-Type/GN. Was looking for one of these or a Fox body Mustang. Just saw a really clean GNX this past week.

Other alternatives include the Fox-based Mercury Capri

, '67-'68 Mercury Cougar, and later versions of the Lincoln MkVII LSC (Notice all happen to be derived from Mustang chassis?

). A Mazda NA/NB Miata w/hardtop or a Subaru BRZ would be my choice if it were an import.
