ID this car?

Anyone here recognize this lil beauty? I saw it over at AE and it lacks a caption...The badges are too pixelated to read. It looks just soo friggin cool...Like a Super Seven with muscle...I gotta know what it is!

Not really sure what it is, BUT, it looks sorta like an Allard (but I'm pretty sure it isn't).

Take a corner too fast and it's called a widow maker.

It's a one-off, Corvette-powered roadster called the Troy. It was built
in Troy, Ohio by a craftsman in the early 1960s and it now lives with a
collector in Wisconsin. It is even more stunning in person - a simply
gorgeous little machine.

I found this thread on another forum by Googling the file name of the photo (ra33.jpg). I found a forum archive page that referenced it.
