I was out in my front yard a couple of days ago and saw a honda ridgeline drive by. and I just gotta that it is one of the uglyist trucks(and I use that term loosely) in existence. :notnice:
I wish I had taken my camera out with me so that I could prove that I actualy saw one.

I concur. Aside from the looks department, $27-34K is a bit much for a n/a 6 cylinder. This one will be a loser.

i agree, saw one at the dealership...not only was it ugly, but i think the paint color should have been named something like "mustard muddywater puke green" or something along those lines

It reminds me of the Chevy Avalanche and Honda Element having a child.

It is an ugly truck, but I personally think some of the ideas are revolutionary. The lockable waterproof trunk is a great idea and it can also be used as a cooler for tailgate parties.

Lets be honest, this is not a work truck, but if it was more attractive, it could definitely steal market share for the people looking for a small SUV with a pickup bed to go camping, to cottages, cabins, etc.

Sorry. Typo. It was supposed to be Explorer Sport Trac. And yeah, the whole thing does remind me of Expolorer Sport Trac. Big front end, 4 doors, small back ...

I went to Chicago today and I saw few of them. They don't look bad at all. Not my 1st choice, but I would rather drive Ridgeline than Avalanche.

Oh, gawd, I hate this truck! Not that I don't mind Japanese trucks in general (remember the Mitsu Mighty Max? That truck rocks!) but this is definitely something Honda should not have stuck their heads into...

I was having a random thought today while watching TV and reading a book on classic cars. Basically, old US station wagons could haul, say, an Airstream trailer and I was thinking how cars were going back to being powerful enough to do this...and then a commercial for the Ridgeline came on and they boasted about 265hp or something like that... and, well, I laughed...I know, I know, it's more about the torque and such...but come on, if a station wagon could haul more than that, well... (the midrange V6 Magnum puts out 250hp, btw...)

I was doing a drive from San Antonio to Dallas and I passed one, oh it is ugly!!! The lines don't seem to meet up anywhere on it. I looked over at a guy who was driving a F150 after he saw it and we both started laughing. That should say it all.
