HDR pics and a wash of Tori....
#1
For the record, I'm not ignoring Marilyn... but will give her some alone time/TLC tomorrow morning at 5 am
Started out this morning, up at 5:15, washing by 5:30. Nothing beats this time alone for me and my cars. Absolute bliss. I was bored this morning afterwards, so I took pics. I was too tired and lazy to go to a scenic location so my driveway will have to do for now
Photos taken at about 6:15 am'ish... f - stop range between 5.5 and 10, Nikon D60, manual exposure bracketing for HDR. I posted 2 HDR versions in this post, one heavy and one light. I'll post the regular unedited photos later. For these photos, Tori was washed with CG Honey Dew and ONR, then dried with CG V7. She is wearing Dodo Supernatural Hybrid over CG Jetseal from a week ago. I might coat her in Pinnacle Sig Series II sometime this weekend. Of course she is buffed and swirl free, about 2 months ago.

Tori's lookin' good
I'm getting car-detailing withdrawel symptoms..........I'm nowhere near your level of expertise, but I do love an immaculate car and my DD BMW usually receives a weekly detail. Not at the moment though, as the UK has had the wettest year since records begain. The last two times, I've been mid-way through drying when it starts to rain again
Doesn't look like she'll be getting a wash this weekend, either

Yes, it appears we are suffering complete opposites when it comes to the weather. A nice average between the two would be a nice compromise
Had a break in the weather this morning, and the sun came out so I took the opportunity to wash my DD and my wife's Ford Galaxy (7 seat MPV). I managed to not rain for a whole hour afterwards, then massive raindrops.....followed by a monsoon!

Looks great bro! We clayed and waxed our new Edge yesterday afternoon too. The paints so smooth and swirl free, I hope it'll stay that way. What are some reccommendations for silver? The Edge is Ingot Silver and has a great metallic flake in it. We used Meguire's Ultimate for a good base and I'll use the V07 in between.

Silver eh? Just use the same ones I use for tori. After claying and buffing, put a good 2 layers of jet seal on her... Followed by supernatural. V7 in between washes you're golden then
