The GT delivered in November from Apple Valley Ford has had the control arms replaced and the TSB work done. The communication between Mark at SVT the owner, our SVT tech and myself was terrific. Ford did this right and are to be commended for the first class treatment of my customer. Thanks Ford Motor and Mark at SVT!

 

Hey Mike, this is Mike, I talked to you yesterday about the GT500(the big guy).

What was the issue with the control arms, why did they have to be replaced?

 

One of the mule cars was found to have a stress fracture, I don't know what the miles were on the mule when the fracture was discovered though. Ford stepped up and replaced all eight with forged aluminun control arms. The original were cast.
