Good cam to put in or waste of time
Just picked up a 97 ford explorer 5.0 with gt-40p heads i was going to put a cam from a 89 mark vii 5.0 someone was telling me it has more power because the motor was made for bigger car so it had more power but the explorer is a truck so is it just a stock cam or a HO cam should i swap it out
