It does look great. Remind me of 1955-1956 Ford Fairlane.

I would love to think that they would, but I doubt it!

If they kept it RWD, that would be a cool car, if it went FWD, it would be horrible...

I personally like the square, chiselled looks of the fords from the early to mid 60's,

I have seen the 49 and it is a really cool looking car and sounds great. Also, the top of the car is tinted Plexiglas like some of the Starliners (I believe is what they were called) from the very late 50's and very early 60's. I agree with Galaxie, if it went FWD. Forget it!

At first I thought production for this was a long shot, But with the new Mustang and Dodge Magnum running around, its alot more possible today. I'd rather have this than Crown Vic, thats for sure! And i still think it would be an excellent NASCAR body, even with common templates.

I really hope Ford does build these. They are such nice looking cars, kinda remind me of a cross breed between a fairlane and a t-bird

I never heard that thing before..it sounds awesome! Sounds like nothing but cherry bombs on it heheh
Man i wish ford would build it. It would be a great car to go against the 300.

I'd take one in a heartbeat.

99% of the time automakers wont make anything that is remotely cool. 05 gt would be the exception in my book, but there are always 100 or even 1000 cool designs they never build for whatever reason.

I wouldent hold your breath. That thing is probably one of the coolest concepts ever, but it is not something that would be feasible to actually build due to the saftey regs of all 50 states.
