You are an excellent man for sharing all of what you can with us, I hop in and check out a few car sites to find out whats current, and found it really cool that you happen to be posting on this fine mustang site.

You basicly have done it man, this is my dream, to build my own sports car, such as something as outragous and cool.

I have yet to read the Ferrari site to find out the full scope of what you have gone thru to get this sweet ride.

My Jaw has been on the floor for about a week since these images were released.

you can park her in my Garage anytime you want to. :-)

Ater reading a few pages of the Ferrari site I noticed you mention that there might be a Documentary on this, possible a show on Discovery Channel. If I was right, I can't wait to get some info on the build process.

As a Autobody 3d modeler/designer I only deal with the task of surface modeling the car, without the engineering and extra tools that Pininfarina has. I wonder since they and maybe other manufacturing firms get into doing more one off stuff like this, that I might have a chance at getting into some of this type of action. I also found it interesting that my buddy has a couple of concepts that look very similar, but without the Ferrari side intake. If you ever want to see his or any of my stuff we would be happy to show off our passion.

Keep the dream alive, I always looks to the past for inspiration. And Ferrari has a great past to look up to.

Has anyone ever said, wow that looks like Speed Racers car?

Sorry if I become an obsessed pest, questions and more questions. I'm sure more will come to me with time.

Do you have any 3d model renderings or screen shots of the program in use? I assume Studio Tools was used to develop the model then probably sent into other software to develop and fit the rest of the envelope.

Anyways I would enjoy seeing this sort of stuff. Always inspiration for the rest of us dreamers out here. :-)

Thanks

After a bit we'll be putting more about the process on the Pininfarina Web Site.

Now that I'm finally back home I see that you have a movie up. Yet my computer has been having problems with it's media player :/ It's good to see that I at least still have something to look forward to

It seems like Paninfarina wants to make more high end one offs... the only problem is that they have already created the perfect creation.
Future builds wont be as amazing as the 4/5 imo, although it would be very interesting to see them try.
