This article is too unreal. Either this guy got off real lucky or the judge knew him. Just have to read it for yourself.

I wouldn't call the judge ignorant. The facts withstanding the incident seem to indicate that the charge takes into account the other, or lack thereof, circumstances related to the charge "Reckless" driving. At least within the state of Nebraska.
