Equus Automotive

Thought I would post this as its a new American Muscle Car out of Detroit. built by enthusiasts taking some of the looks from past muscle cars into one.

Halfbreed abomination. 68 mustang body with 2010 mustang interior. Camaro engine and headlights with just a little Chrysler hint in the front bumper. It's neat for something that was built in a backyard but not a production vehicle. They might just be sued by Ford and GM.

The idea, yes. The price? A resounding NO
Id be ok paying around 60-80k for it as it is a full custom. I wouldnt pony ouy 250k, thats just WAY too much

Yes the price is in the super car area. Around 50 or 60 thousand I could see, but 250 is way out of line.
Cool looking car though, sure has lots of classic lines in it.

Nope. Should have been a retro (2nd gen fastback) neo-Barracuda instead.

I've seen these online before. Definitely dig it. Definitely too expensive for me to ever own lol, but you could say the same about the Ford GT too or any number of "dream cars"

Reminds me a lot of the Eagle Speedster in its "revival of a car no longer in production" philosphy

I think theres another company as well for the jag and even a Jensen interceptor one. Drawing a blank on their names though..
edit: found the Jensen http://www.topspeed.com/cars/jensen-...-ar110536.html

The Eagle Speedster is awesome. I'm not crazy about this at all. Too expensive, and all they did was fudge some body panels and trim pieces on a 68.

I dig it, only problem is that it has an LS motor in it.
